Our Vision

Business Plans & Strategies

1. Increased services, capacities and frequencies of existing routes and services through expansion of bus fleet to cater the growing bus/passenger ridership.

2. Enhancement of security and safety of customers, passengers and commuters on bus, bus stations and terminal with installation of CCTV and provision of security guard services.

3. Practising good corporate social responsibilities when evaluating and making business decision, which includes purchasing of disabled friendly, environmentally-friendly and fuel efficient vehicles.

4. Continue to implement our Employee Value Proposition (“EVP”) plan to retain and reward long serving senior and loyal employees.

5. Continue to reduce manpower cost and operation costs by computerization, automation of operational process and use of electronic ticketing system.

6. Installing Global Positioning System (“GPS”) tracking systems to facilitate monitoring of our fleet activities, reliability, operational performance and enable quick management and operational response to events and incidents.

Business Expansion Plans

1. To pursue mergers and acquisitions with other public transportation companies and terminal operators.

2. Purchase of new buses to ply new routes (permits have been approved) and to take over other bus companies operations and routes.

3. Acquiring or setting up connecting bus/taxis terminals in strategic town to facilitate efficient operations and connectivity of public transport services.

Perak Transit is constantly working towards managing its routes and fleet optimally. By using high capacity buses for long distance routes and lower capacity buses for city runs, we strive to provide better service to our customers


Currently our routes cover Ipoh and its surrounding areas. From time to time we will cover new areas and update our routes so make sure to drop by and check out our latest routes
